What's In Your Closet?

By Grammy Green

Long time no write!  Nothing much to say during the wintertime for us outdoor backyard growers.  But we are coming up on the Spring Equinox, and that is when Grammy plants her new crop for the year.

Grammy is making decisions about what to grow this year, and one strain that we will grow again is Silver Surfer Haze.  Not only is the high a pleasant, smiley thing, but the plant lived up to its variety characteristics by taking 9 months from planting to harvest, and reaching over 7 1/2 feet tall.  It was mid-December when we harvested this girl!  This time around we think we will top the plant at 4 feet in height, and maybe attempt to clone it.  It will still be December before she gets harvested, though.

The rest of the crop fared well, and being a statistics kinda girl, Grammy made note of when each of the 2019 crop was harvested, how tall it got, and what the yield was.  And then for giggles, how much the yield cost per gram.  This info might help you decide what to grow in your garden this year.
